How long does a session last?

Sessions are active only while you're connected with a technician. Once the issue is resolved or you end the session, the connection is immediately terminated. Sessions automatically time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Can I use this on multiple devices?

Yes, the remote support application can be downloaded and run on any supported device. Each session requires a new download for security purposes, ensuring you always have the latest version with the most recent security updates.
